NAOS CX is Hiring | Email & Voice Customer Service Agent
Job Title: Customer Service Agent – Email & Voice
Function: Customer Support (Emails & Voice Calls)
Campaign Type: US-Based E-Commerce Platform
Key Responsibilities
Voice Support
- Manage inbound customer calls and conduct outbound follow-up calls.
- Deliver accurate, courteous, and timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
Email Support
- Respond to customer emails with clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Address issues effectively or escalate them promptly when required.
- English: Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level .
- 1+ year experience in a US campaign (customer service)
- Strong email writing skills a must
- Graduates, dropouts, or gap-year students welcome
Work Schedule & Shift Details
- 9 hours (including 1.5 hr break)
- 2 rotational days off per week
- Fixed US night shifts (4:00 PM Cairo time)
Shifts are fixed but may be adjusted based on business needs
Compensation Package
Total Monthly Gross Package:
- First 3 Months: EGP 16,300 = 11,000 Base + 2,000 Attendance Bonus + 2,000 KPI + 1,300 Transportation Allowance
- Months 4–6: EGP 17,300 = 12,000 Base + 2,000 Attendance Bonus + 2,000 KPI + 1,300 Transportation Allowance
- After 6 Months: EGP 18,300 = 13,000 Base + 2,000 Attendance Bonus + 2,000 KPI + 1,300 Transportation Allowance
Training Allowance:
- 5 Days Training = EGP 1,000
- 10 Days Training = EGP 2,000
(Based on final interview and client decision)
